From Bump to Baby!

Sometimes you meet people and you feel like you’ve known them forever. You feel so comfortable with them and the conversation is always just so easy. That’s exactly how it was when I first met Sarah, Dennis and their beautiful daughter McKenna for Sarah’s maternity session at Cheesequake State Park. It was like I was photographing friends and I loved every second. Sarah was looking so gorgeous that night and was just glowing the whole time. McKenna really stole my heart though. She was so sweet and silly and made the session so much fun! It was such a beautiful night too. The weather was perfect, the location was stunning and the sky gave us the most beautiful sunset to end the session.

Then came the sweet angel baby Casey. She was so beautiful and teeny and sweet and ugh I just love photographing newborns so much! But this isn’t about me. Let’s talk about how LOVED this little girl is. McKenna took on the big sister role like a champ while I was at their home. She just wanted to kiss and hold her new baby sister and it was the sweetest thing to witness. And of course I have to point out the photo below of Dennis giving Casey the sweetest kiss. He is truly surrounded by the most beautiful girls. Once again, I had the best time hanging out with them all.

I am so lucky to be able to do what I do for a living. Getting the opportunity to be there for the most important moments in you life is something I will never take for granted. Now go fall in love with this beautiful family through the photos below! <3
